We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven methodologies to solve complex problems, deliver actionable insights, and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop models, and implement solutions that enhance decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Exploration:
|

Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources.
|
|
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Model Development:
|
|
|
|
Design, build, and optimize machine learning and statistical models.
|
|
Validate models through rigorous testing and refine them for deployment.
|
|
|
|
Data Visualization & Reporting:
|
|
|
|
Create clear and insightful visualizations to communicate findings.
|
|
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
|
|
|
|
Collaboration:
|
|
|
|
Work with engineering, product, and business teams to define and solve key challenges.
|
|
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines and infrastructure meet modeling requirements.
|
|
Continuous Learning:
|
|
Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, AI, and analytics tools.
|
|
Experiment with new techniques and technologies to improve outcomes.
|
|
|
|
Skills & Experience:
|
|
|
|
Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
|
|
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
|
|
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
|
|
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Grafana, D3, or matplotlib.
|
|
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
|
|
|
|
